We had the good fortune of connecting with Ciara, Owner of Now All Eyes on you and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ciara, as a parent, what have you done for you children that you feel has had the most significant impact?
I love that question! It spoke to me the most because I have twin girls (Brayli and Bri’el) who are now one and a beautiful eight year old daughter (Peyton), who has such an illuminating soul, it’s almost unbelievable at times. Yes, THREE GIRLS. But, in terms of an impact on my gems, I would definitely say focusing in on building a structured yet mentally/emotionally balanced household all while exampling a strong work ethic. My girls mean the world to me so it’s imperative that unconditional love and BALANCE, amongst many other factors, are shown to them. Like on a day to day basis their always fighting for my attention, someone’s sleepy or someone’s hungry, I mean the list literally goes on and on but the job gets done along with staying consistent with business pertinent to Now All Eyes on you. So, throughout this journey the bigger picture should look like “she’s raising three, emotionally and mentally healthy children and staying on top of a business, effortlessly”.

What should our readers know about your business?
I made sure that I spent so much time and poured so much love into my brand. Now All Eyes on you. The name itself gives people the confidence and reassurance to invest knowing that they’ll definitely receive top quality hair extensions AND service. This brand is positive, it’s fun, it’s alluring. I’ve learned so much about hair extensions which made launching, the most exciting part. There was a lot of trial and error from communication with vendors to spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars on hair samples alone. I must say at times it did get overwhelming like foreal, I started to get so impatient because I wanted everything perfect and was just READY.. well, at least I thought I was lol. Then I finally told myself to allow things to take it’s course. The greatest lesson I learned was that delayed gratification is better than instant. It’s the knowing… Like all the time and effort you placed into something and now watching the flower grow from the concrete. It’s amazing. Lastly, I want to add that anything worth having, will never come easy.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
First and foremost, I want to always thank God because if it weren’t for him I wouldn’t even have come across such a great opportunity like such. Speaking of, shoutout to Mike Bhand for reaching out to me in interest for this amazing opportunity. Shout out to my best friend Teera, she’s an amazing hairstylist who styles my hair of course and she’s helped me place so much into perspective over these last few months especially helping me throughout the highs and lows with my brand. I want to thank my boss friend Sharde, she also modeled in my photoshoot and helped me along the way. My little sister Nani, huge shout out to her, she drove from a far to model in my shoot as well. Last but not least, my dad Yesmine! He has his own photography business (digitaldvddesigns) and of course he was my photographer. Ynbystudios for such an amazing background set up, everything from communication down to the studio props was excellent! An even bigger thank you to every individual who has liked, subscribed, commented, and/or retweeted anything pertaining to Now All Eyes on you.
