My business is rooted in a deep passion for helping people transform their lives through hypnotherapy, NLP, and sound healing. What sets me apart is my holistic approach, where I blend these powerful modalities to create a unique and effective experience for my clients. I’m proud of the way my practice empowers individuals to overcome personal challenges, unlock their potential, and achieve lasting change. Seeing my clients make breakthroughs and live more fulfilling lives is incredibly rewarding.
Getting to where I am today hasn’t been easy. Like many entrepreneurs, I faced my share of challenges, from building a client base to standing out in a crowded field. However, I’ve learned that perseverance, authenticity, and a commitment to continuous learning are key to overcoming obstacles. I’ve also discovered the importance of creating a supportive community, both for myself and my clients. These relationships have been invaluable in helping my business grow.
One of the most important lessons I’ve learned along the way is to trust the process. Success doesn’t happen overnight, and it’s crucial to stay patient and focused on your vision, even when the road gets tough. Another key lesson is to embrace vulnerability and be open to feedback. This has allowed me to adapt and improve my services continuously.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?

Morning: I’d start by picking them up and heading straight to a cozy brunch spot with healthy, organic options to fuel up for the day.
Afternoon: We’d spend the afternoon unwinding with a visit to a local spa, enjoying massages and perhaps a sound healing session to help them settle into vacation mode.
Evening: Dinner would be at a farm-to-table restaurant, where we’d enjoy fresh, seasonal dishes paired with local wines.
Day 2: Exploring Nature
Morning: We’d take a scenic hike through nearby trails, immersing ourselves in the beauty of nature.
Afternoon: After our hike, we’d have a picnic by a serene lake, with a spread of local cheeses, fruits, and artisanal bread.
Evening: Dinner would be at a waterfront restaurant, followed by a leisurely stroll along the shore to watch the sunset.
Day 3: Cultural Immersion
Morning: We’d start the day by visiting a local art museum or gallery, soaking in the creativity of the region.

Throughout the week, I’d make sure to introduce them to some of the most interesting and inspiring people I know in the area—artists, wellness practitioners, and entrepreneurs who bring unique energy to the community. This itinerary would give my best friend a true taste of what makes this place special—its natural beauty, rich culture, and warm, welcoming spirit.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My inspiration to enter the field of hypnotherapy came from reading Everything You Need to Know to Feel Go(o)d by Candace Pert. As a neuroscientist and pharmacologist, Candace Pert believed that feeling good and feeling God were interconnected, based on her scientific observations. In her book, she described a life-changing hypnotherapy session that deeply resonated with me, especially as I was searching for a new career path, knowing that my time in massage therapy was coming to an end. Pert’s experience of hypnotherapy as both beautiful and relaxing, opening her perceptions, inspired me to explore the field further. As a leader in the body-mind connection, she used scientific evidence to support this relationship, and her work led me to research hypnosis and discover the Hypnosis Motivation Institute.
Joining the Hypnosis Motivation Institute was a turning point in my life. Every instructor and staff member created a supportive atmosphere filled with life-changing information. Two instructors, in particular—Joe Leeway and Tanya Nord—expanded my understanding of hypnotherapy and NLP, guiding me to a path of possibilities and accomplishments. Their exceptional teaching not only illuminated the field but also provided me with a way out of my own darkness.
