Hi Colette, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind our success is our ability to blend tradition with innovation. Since 1960, Robert’s Catering has preserved its traditional values and recipes while enhancing them with modern updates. While keeping our original recipes from the 1960s, we often incorporate contemporary elements to update them. We thrive on constant evolution, drawing inspiration from diverse sources to refresh our menus and offerings.

As a catering company, we specialize in customized menus to suit each event’s unique needs. Whether through small touches or grand gestures, we aim to make every occasion unique, ensuring our clients feel seen and cared for. This commitment to personalized service sets us apart, offering not just food but an unforgettable experience complete with tailored décor, setups, and exceptional service.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What sets us apart is our commitment to maintaining a personal touch despite being a well-established company with many years of experience. My Mom and I personally handle client communications and oversee every aspect of our operations. Nothing leaves our kitchen without our direct approval, ensuring that we devote our full attention to every event, despite our busy schedule.

We take immense pride in dedicating ourselves wholeheartedly to each event, ensuring that each one is uniquely memorable. Our greatest joy comes from being part of significant moments in our clients’ lives, including weddings, engagements, birthdays, anniversaries, and holiday parties. Among our most memorable experiences, we cherish having catered for Pope John Paul II and Pope Francis during their visits to Armenia.

My mom Nora, who happens to be my business partner, deserves most of the credit for my success. She has consistently supported and encouraged me to strive for excellence and reach my full potential. Working alongside her is incredibly fulfilling, and I can’t envision it any other way. Our combined efforts have been instrumental in propelling our business to success.

I also want to give a special shoutout to our clients, especially those who have been with us throughout the years. They are the driving force behind our continued dedication and innovation. Their unwavering support has enabled us to keep pushing boundaries and moving forward. They are the reason we love to do what we do.
