Meet Courtney Randolph | Reality Star Turned Actress & Founder of a Bold Lingerie Brand

We had the good fortune of connecting with Courtney Randolph and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Courtney, what role has risk played in your life or career?
Taking risks has played a major role in every chapter of my career. Going on reality TV was a risk—it meant putting myself out there, unfiltered, in front of millions of people. But I did it knowing I had a bigger vision. Launching a lingerie line was another risk, because it’s personal, sensual, and not everyone understands it. But I believe in women showing up boldly and owning their power. And now, transitioning from reality TV to scripted acting is probably the biggest risk of all—but it’s also the most fulfilling. I’m betting on myself, even when the path isn’t clear. I don’t move for comfort—I move for growth. I’ve learned that the biggest risks come with the biggest breakthroughs. And I’m not afraid to bet on me.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My art lives at the intersection of sensuality, self-expression, and storytelling. Whether I’m in front of a camera, creating content, designing lingerie, or stepping into a scripted role, I’m always thinking about how to tell the truth—especially the kind of truth women are often told to tone down. What sets me apart is that I’m not afraid to take up space in a way that’s bold, feminine, and unfiltered. I’ve learned how to turn judgment into fuel and vulnerability into power.”
Getting to where I am hasn’t been easy. Coming from reality TV, people often try to put you in a box. But I’ve always seen myself beyond the screen—I knew I was building something bigger. I’ve faced rejection, assumptions, people projecting their own limits onto me. But I kept going. I kept betting on myself, even when it was uncomfortable. That’s the biggest lesson: no one can see your vision the way you can, so it’s up to you to keep showing up for it.”
What I want the world to know is that I’m still evolving. Yes, I’ve been on TV. Yes, I run a lingerie brand that’s all about confidence and feminine power. But now I’m stepping into acting with intention—and I’m bringing everything I’ve learned with me. My story isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being real, being fearless, and being undeniable.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I’m new to LA, so everything I’d plan for my best friend would be a mix of discovery and a love letter to the cities that shaped my taste—New York, Paris, and old Hollywood. I’d want the week to feel like a cinematic escape, with moments that are elegant, nostalgic, and a little indulgent.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Definitely. My shoutout goes first to my mother. She’s been my rock—supportive, honest, and always reminding me who I am when things get loud. I also want to shout out my close friends, the real ones who’ve stood by me through the high highs and the growing pains. Being in the public eye isn’t always easy, and having people around who remind you of your truth is everything. And honestly, I have to thank the women who came before me in entertainment—those who made bold choices, challenged stereotypes, and built lanes where there were none. Watching them gave me permission to show up fully, whether I’m on screen, in my lingerie line, or stepping into acting.
