Hi cristiane, how has your work-life balance changed over time?
it’s been a real journey for me as an entrepreneur. Picture me at the start, doing everything on my own, from the crack of dawn to way past midnight. But, as you can guess, keeping up that intensity just wasn’t sustainable. I ended up burning out and even getting sick. My mind was all for pushing through, but my body had other plans and pretty much told me it was time to hit the brakes.

So, I had to chage things a bit. I decided to draw a clear line on when my workday ends, make sure I eat well, and carve out time to just be in nature.
Making these small yet significant changes really turned things around for me, showing me how vital balance is. I learned the hard way that constantly being in work mode isn’t the key to progress. Actually, giving myself permission to relax and unwind has made everything else fall neatly into place.

I won’t lie, pulling back and taking time for myself was tough at the beginning. But stepping back has done wonders for my health and sparked a surge in both my creativity and productivity, proving just how crucial finding that balance is. For any entrepreneur, this balancing act is a constant challenge, especially when things get tough.
