Meet Crystal Morris | C-Suite Psychedelic Integration Guide

We had the good fortune of connecting with Crystal Morris and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Crystal, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Like many, my journey into coaching came as a result of my own personal growth and inner work. In 2019, I was on my healing journey from the complete destruction of my marriage, career, and life in Hawaii. It had been a few years and through inner work and support from mentors, I began posting online, leading to becoming an accidental coach for divorcees.

I continued this through 2020 and the pandemic, and it evolved into supporting dating and relationships for executives. My vulnerability about my mistakes in my marriage allowed space and invitation for C-suite Executives to discuss everything from their dating fetishes to their shame and challenges with lying to their partners and affairs.

My world turned upside down at the end of 2020, after my first psychedelic experience and I was called to walk away completely from my Corporate job with no backup plan. I bought a house and moved to Austin within a month, not knowing a single person in the city.

As I continued to see the immense shifts from working with trusted plant medicine facilitators, I knew this would be a part of my life’s work. Within months, I became a breathwork facilitator, and a Reiki Master, and continue to learn other modalities to add to my tool belt.

But the most important and vulnerable shift was sharing my involvement with Psychedelics with those I once called colleagues and peers. I wrote, posted, and waited for the unfollows. Instead, I got a lot of questions of curiosity and asks for referrals. They wanted to know the details, the results, and how psychedelics could help them on their journeys.

And thus a business was born by supporting Corporate Executives and Business People through their introduction to Psychedelics. Part of that is also the insistence on safety, security, and privacy – with identities needing to be kept confidential out of fear of judgment and backlash. This includes keeping communication on private channels and often doing one on one private sessions vs. group ceremonies. I am fortunate that other facilitators I work with in the medicine space are also from or of the corporate world and understand how the needs and challenges differ from other types of careers.

It is my personal mission to support healing and transitions within the corporate field to help individuals find their true life’s purpose and how to integrate lessons from plant medicine ceremonies without necessarily needing to completely walk away from their careers.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I spent the first half of my life in Senior Leadership in the Technology Industry, working on strategy innovation, customer relations, and building teams with high EQs to match their IQs. Then one day I got the call to Quit my Corporate Life as I knew it and step onto a new path shortly after losing friends to Suicide in 2020, and a Spiritual Unlock through Psychedelics.

Those who didn’t know me thought I had lost my mind…and fell out of the “Spiritual Closet”. In many ways, I did- as years later I am still continually pulling the thread around social conditioning, wealth dynamics, relationships, mindset, and the ego that keeps so many in careers they feel uninspired by.
I began my deeper journey with Plant Medicines over a year ago. The levels of Emotional Healing that it brought were like 10 years of traditional therapy in a single weekend. I was hooked. And like anything I get excited about – threw myself All In, including monthly ceremonies for myself, and learning the science, history, and cultural significance behind Power Plants and their Medicine.

The further down the Rabbit Hole I went, the more I saw the need to serve those like my former self. Corporate Execs on the verge of burnout, uninspired, exhausted, and miserable. Those who want so desperately for answers to their soul’s calling, to find their way out of the matrix, to see what more their life has to offer than just their 401k, a career that doesn’t fulfill them, and a romantic life that doesn’t light them up.

The journey was not easy, and involved a lot of trust in myself as well as what I like to think was some divine timing with the stock market. What makes me unique is that I was able to retire at 40 when I quit the corporate world because of stock grants, investments, and crypto that I purchased throughout my career. I believe that this allowed me to dive into becoming a healer without the need to make profits immediately and be able to approach my business with a sense of curiosity about where it would lead, as well as philanthropy with who I choose to work.

I will always be on my path, but know that my calling is to create a Healing Support Network – Building Retreat Centers and facilitating Ceremonial Work for those like my former self ready to begin their journey. My purpose is to be the Bridge between the Corporate Rational Mind and the Spiritual Open Loving Heart. To be a leader down the path – to show we don’t have to sacrifice wealth to achieve Spiritual Consciousness.

That is where I feel I truly differ from stereotypical “spiritual people”. Too often, the idea of spirituality to many means that in order to be “holy” they need to suffer, or live without abundance and wealth. I work with my client’s Gene Keys and Charts to help them understand their unique designs and signatures so they can have both. Passion in their souls and Prosperity in their lives.

It is my hope that being a Trusted Guide into the world of Psychedelics allows many more like myself to let go of the control, fear, and numbness that they are trapped in – and step into their new selves. Whether it’s through Microdosing Coaching or Ceremonial Integration Support.
