Hi Cznae, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind my success is creating my own generation wealth. While my brand is inspiring woman to be creative , independent and following their dreams and aspirations.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My blueprint behind The Hive LA was formed through me and only me. The Hive LA was created to inform beauty has no limits. We all have our own beauty which tells our own story. I incorporate inclusivity in my brand because no one deserves to be left behind. My favorite part is being able to create and share my ideals with the world. Seeing my clients confidence boost when leaving my office. Being a therapist to my clients sharing story’s. Building friendships within my peers in my career path, Doing collaborations. Hearing my name is rooms / people I would never image to know me yet is amazing. What sets me apart from others is I’m always supporting and welcoming others. I never had to discredit anyone. Along the way I’ve learned to be transparent though my work & clients. Consistency is key. Standing up for yourself at all coast even creating boundaries is important. I’ve learned marketing, budgeting & a few other components. Some ask is it easy…. No nothing is easy when you truly care about what you are putting out into the world. Lessons I’ve learned is some days you will be at your highest and some days are a lower but never give up keep creating and trust yourself.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Linking with my bestfriend in the city our itinerary would be shopping on melrose & Beverly Hills. Getting food and drinks love a great scenery with a view over the city. My view of interesting people are my friends today. We get together it’s always a great vibe. No matter if we are at yoga to brunch or our favorite Taco Tuesday shout out to tempo cantina.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My story is dedicated to the first 4 girls who trusted in me to do there lashes on the start of my career. I was doing free sets for 2 months straight to get pictures on my social media accounts. That right there showed me a stranger will believe in you way before the closest people to you. A few more people deserve to be highlighted in my story is my mother , great grandmother & my group of friends we all keep each other motivated with following are dreams and keeping one another accountable. We talk, share ideals most important we remind each other balance is needed to breathe we are human.
