Meet Daddy Dios: Artist & Entrepreneur

We had the good fortune of connecting with Daddy Dios and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Daddy, what’s the most important lesson your business/career has taught you?
This line of work exposes you and the world to who you really are. If you are not walking in your steps you are not where you’re suppose to be. It taught me if you can endure the pain you will be rewarded.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I started out wanting just wanting to perform on stage. I never thought about what it would take to get there or how I would be different from the next artist. I got where I am today by being my self by any means. I want to be known for who I am rather than pretending to be something I’m not. I haven’t reached my ultimate goal yet, I don’t mind sharing it either. My goal is to build a life of comfort for my loved ones. This is my driving force behind the ambition.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I don’t go out to often but when I do, its mostly on the night scene. I love going out and networking with entrepreneurs and artist in LA. The best parties I have been to have been hosted by Lick N Dip Ent and Ty Stephano. If you don’t know who they are, search them on Instagram

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My ultimate motivator has been my father. Growing up he owned and operated several business that allowed me to grow up different than other kids my age. After school I would go work at my fathers business along side my mother. These seeds they’ve planted in me led me down my own path of doing things my way. Which is why I came to LA.
