We had the good fortune of connecting with Danielle Whitney Moore and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Danielle, what do you attribute your success to?
We feel the key to our brand’s success lies in our unwavering commitment to building lifelong relationships with our clients. Our mission goes far beyond facilitating a real estate transaction, whether it’s buying or selling. We strive to be a trusted resource, always available to support our clients with their best interests at heart. From vendor referrals to answering real estate questions or offering guidance, we are here for our clients every step of the way. We go the extra mile, encouraging them to set up trusts to avoid probate, file for homeowner tax exemptions, and navigate important decisions throughout the buying and selling process. We do not stop there though. Our reminders and support continue long after the deal is closed. For us, our clients are more than transactions. They are family. Just like family, we are here to help whenever they need us.

Additionally, giving back to our community is a cornerstone of our values. Throughout the year, we engage in numerous initiatives that allow us to contribute meaningfully to the neighborhoods we serve. For example, at Team Whitney’s annual Snow Play and Santa Day Fundraiser this past December, we created a winter wonderland right here in our community. We brought in real snow for sledding, invited Santa and Elsa to visit the kids, hosted a DJ, set up a photobooth, and even provided a stage for local dance performances. The event featured vendors selling delicious food, drinks, and unique merchandise, plus a bounce house, arts and crafts, and more. Thanks to the incredible support from our community, we were able to raise the funds necessary to start a Little Lambs Program in our community. This amazing program creates a nurturing space where children can learn, play, and grow through age-appropriate activities, storytelling, and social interaction, fostering early development and a sense of belonging. This dedication to fostering strong relationships and supporting our community is what we truly feel sets us apart and drives our continued success.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My career in real estate has been an incredible journey, deeply rooted in family and fueled by a passion for helping others. I began working alongside my father, Robert Whitney, who founded our team in 1980. He taught me everything I know about the business, from understanding the market to building genuine relationships with clients. After he passed away from cancer in 2018, I stepped into his role and took over the team, determined to honor his legacy while building upon the foundation he created.

Education has played a significant role in shaping my approach to real estate. I graduated from UCLA with a degree in Applied Mathematics, which combined rigorous coursework in mathematics and business, and I also minored in Accounting and Computer Science. This academic foundation allows me to bring a unique analytical perspective to the table, particularly when it comes to market trends, pricing strategies, and financial planning for our clients.

What sets our team apart is our unwavering commitment to our clients. We don’t see them as transactions, but as lifelong relationships. We pride ourselves on being a trusted resource, providing not only real estate expertise, but also guidance and support long after a deal is closed. Whether it’s helping clients set up trusts to avoid probate, file for homeowner tax exemptions, or even lending a hand during a last-minute move, we’re here for them in every way.

I’m incredibly proud of the amazing team we’ve built. Lauren Yi, our Co-Listing Agent and Buyer’s Agent, is a graduate of USC with a degree in Business (Yes, we are team rivals!). Her expertise and ability to connect with clients are unmatched, and she ensures every person we work with feels confident and supported throughout the process. Jordyn Garcia, our Client Experience and Marketing Manager, holds a PhD in Pharmacy. Her attention to detail, creative thinking, and commitment to delivering exceptional service allow us to stand out in a competitive market. Their diverse backgrounds and dedication are integral to our success.

Getting to where I am today hasn’t been easy. Transitioning into leadership after my father’s passing was one of the most challenging periods of my life. I not only had to navigate my own grief, but also ensure that our clients and team were supported during a time of significant change. I leaned heavily on the lessons my dad taught me, most importantly, the value of resilience, hard work, and staying true to your values.

The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that success isn’t just about numbers; it’s about impact. Real estate is personal. It’s about helping people find a place to call home, build memories, and create a future. My goal is to continue growing a brand that puts people first, one that’s known for integrity, trust, and making a positive difference in our community.

At the end of the day, our story is one of family, education, community, and a deep commitment to serving others. That’s what I want the world to know about us.

Lauren, our Co-Listing Agent and Buyer’s Agent, is the heart and soul of our client interactions. Her dedication, expertise, and ability to connect with people make her an invaluable part of our team. She ensures our clients feel supported and confident every step of the way, and her tireless efforts truly make a difference in their lives.

Jordyn, our Client Experience and Marketing Manager, is the creative force behind the scenes. From delivering exceptional client experiences to crafting innovative marketing strategies, she’s the reason our brand continues to grow and stand out in the market. I also want to honor the legacy of my father, Robert Whitney. He founded our team back in 1980 and laid the foundation for everything we are today. When I joined him in 2005, he not only taught me everything I know about real estate, but also instilled in me the values of hard work, integrity, and putting clients first. After his passing in 2018 from cancer, I took over the team, and every day I strive to carry forward the legacy he built with such dedication and love.
