We had the good fortune of connecting with Deldric Bratcher and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Deldric, what are you inspired by?
The things that inspire me are movies from history like My Dinner With Andre, Being around fine art living in Los Angeles being from Rochester NY fine art is a big part of my the lifestyle. Whenever I see someone enjoying themselves out in the world coming outside having fun an inspiration to write to play. To be a part of the moment of life and those are sort of things that inspire me.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Well I’m Poet & Violinist I play and write multiple genre’s . I’ve had the pleasure of playing for UCLA alumni association I’ve had the pleasure of playing all the West lake village in, I’ve had pleasures of playing all around Southern California.

It’s been a wonderful ride growing and travel as an artists,

I think which sets me apart as an artist. Is how genuine it feels to when I’m playing or entertaining, I’ve always strive for the best performance that I can give. In front of people and always bring something interesting to the table,
,
Something that you can take home and learn form, When I’m writing or learning a new song for show.
I’m always making sure what I’m doing will be able to impact and bring good memories to other people around. one of my biggest themes and what I creating as an artists duality to it so it has a sense of balance.

I’ am Artist trying to create moment’s where life feels like a mural.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
LA Southern California it’s such a large area it’s kind of hard to pinpoint, I would start off with Downtown LA then going to Hollywood taking my friend to go see the Walk of Fame seeing the Hollywood sign taken into Griffith Park taking them to the Culver City stairs you know getting the less glitz and glamour side of Los Angeles to where people just walk and workout and living normal life taking him to Leimert Park where you can see some authentic culture and dances I’m bringing them to the side beach California just bringing them all around Crenshaw mall, fox hill mall , and the Beverly Hills mall, this showing all points of outlay all the beautiful colors of Los Angele’s

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would love to shoutout my family, friends, And the universe. For being supportive through college, Or other season’s when its celebrate. I would like to thank friends for checking my worst impulse’s.
when I’m losing myself.

I’m really thankful for my family for saying that they’re proud for calling me telling me what’s go on around their life so I don’t feel so far from home .

God is the most important part of my journey without my belief in God I wouldn’t be able to push towards goal’s,
without having god as my light through the unknown tunnels of life, I would give up on my dreams, passion’s, love.
