We had the good fortune of connecting with Demetrius Bethea and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Demetrius, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
ClassroomTen focuses on the future of work. We are passionate about building a global community of businesses that prioritize work life balance and the quality of life of their employees. Remote and hybrid work can seem difficult to companies who have worked from the office for decades or longer and we create a simple process with our technology to help them accommodate businesses with remote workers giving them more time with their families, more time working on their hobbies and more time doing the things they are passionate about outside of work.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
ClassroomTen is an all in one business platform that takes all of the technology businesses love in a WFH environment and puts them into one powerful platform. There has been quite a few challenges, developing technology of this magnitude, however our team is passionate and believe wholeheartedly in the vision which makes the battle a bit easer each day.

We want people to know that we are truly passionate about the future of work and creating a better workforce for tomorrow.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
We are currently based out of Scottsdale Arizona at the moment, I would say a great spot for drinks and great food would have to be Culinary Dropout! Great vibes! If I was heading this way for the weekend I would definitely recommend heading to Sedona, the scenery is unmatched!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to dedicate this shout out to my two sons, Jayden and Cruze. They are the light in my life and a large part of the reason I want to create a better workplace for them in the years to come. I would also like to thank my parents, who believed in my wild dreams in the most difficult of times. Without any of these people I would’ve stopped years ago but creating a better work environment and more opportunities for the workplace today and ten years from now helps me to keep pushing forward no matter how difficult or long the road may be.
