Meet Devin Monet | Brand Strategist & Communications Consultant

We had the good fortune of connecting with Devin Monet and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Devin, alright, let’s jump in with a deep one – what’s you’re definition for success?
To me success means walking fully in your purpose the one uniquely designed for you. In a world where comparison runs rampant, we often see people competing in areas where there’s more than enough to go around.
True success isn’t about outperforming others; it’s about aligning with what was always meant for you.

What should our readers know about your business?
My business is built on the power of clear communication and purposeful storytelling. Whether I’m consulting on brand strategy, hosting a show, speaking on a stage, or analyzing a game, my goal is always the same: to help people connect more deeply whether with themselves, their audience, or their message.
What sets me apart is my ability to bridge strategy with heart. I don’t just focus on what looks or sounds good I dig into the “why” behind the brand or message. I help people uncover their voice, clarify their vision, and show up in a way that feels aligned and impactful. I believe when your story is clear, your brand becomes unforgettable.
Getting here hasn’t been easy. I’ve had to navigate self-doubt, financial uncertainty, and seasons where I wasn’t sure if what I was building was working. But every challenge taught me something, how to adapt, how to listen to God and trust the process, and how to lead with authenticity even when things didn’t look perfect.
I’m most proud of the fact that I didn’t quit. I kept building sometimes quietly, sometimes boldly but always with intention. And I’m excited for what’s ahead, because I know I’m just getting started.
If there’s one thing I want the world to know about me and my brand, it’s this: I’m here to help people get clear on who they are and how they show up. Whether it’s through words, visuals, or presence clarity creates connection, and that’s the heartbeat of everything I do.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Such a great question! I’m definitely a foodie at heart, so every stop I mention will have a delicious twist. And with family spread all across LA, these picks reflect the places that feel like home to me.
Day 1:
We’re starting strong with Paco’s Tacos on Centinela an absolute must. After that, we’d head to Point Dume in Malibu to relax, take in the views, and vibe out at the beach.
Day 2:
Breakfast would be at Back on the Beach Café in Santa Monica great food, and it’s right on the sand. Then we’d stroll through the Third Street Promenade to shop, people-watch, and enjoy the energy of the area.
Day 3:
Universal Studios is on the itinerary, no question. And yes, we’re starting with the Studio Tram Tour it’s super underrated but one of my favorite attractions. Then we’d spend the day hitting all the rides and soaking up the theme park magic.
Day 4:
Disneyland day plus a Park Hopper to California Adventure. My must-do rides: Pirates of the Caribbean, Rise of the Resistance, Haunted Mansion, and Space Mountain. Honestly, you can’t go wrong just do it all!
Day 5:
We’d wrap up with something chill: a picnic at Del Cerro Park in Rancho Palos Verdes. It’s a hidden gem with one of the most breathtaking views in LA perfect for good food, good conversation, and a beautiful ending to the week.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’d love to give a shoutout to my pastors, who have deeply instilled in me a desire to grow in my personal walk with Christ and to lean on Him through every season. They’ve reminded me not to seek comfort in people or things, but to turn to Him on the good days and the hard ones.
I also want to shout out the incredible woman who nominated me for this interview. She’s played a big part in helping me see the woman I am and who I’m becoming. She’s encouraged me through every unfiltered, evolving moment just like my pastors and I’m truly grateful for that.
