We had the good fortune of connecting with Diana A and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Diana, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
As an artist at a very young age, I always knew that I wanted to work with art because it came natural to me and I enjoyed it very much. I did not even realize where art can take me and it eventually grew into a business naturally, no prior strategic planing, just simply improving my talent and following what made my soul happy, and with time and patients it grew into a six figure business.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
As a tattoo artist, what sets me apart from other artist is that I am original, I create meaningful tattoos for all my clients. I can say I am most proud of how far I came considering I started at the age of 15, all that I have accomplish thanks to my father for leading me in the right direction at such a young age. It has made me so excited for the future in what it has to bring, I was able to get where I am today by never giving up on myself and always believing in myself knowing that I was destine for greater. All that being said all the obstacles, and challenges I had to face were not easy. Yes, their were times of self doubts, and thoughts of failure, but knowing how far I’ve came failure was not a option. All this has build my character and made me a stronger person mentally, and spiritually. Lessons that I’ve learned along the way is definitely to know who you are and the person you want to become and also knowing when set boundaries for yourself. Because self care will always be the most important action you can take for your self, Always follow your heart and your intuition.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Moved to LA in 2019 and still to this day there are many sites and places to explore. When my best friend comes over we go exploring, normally take them for a beautiful peaceful morning hike, one best way to enjoy the day is to spend time in nature, we ultimately enjoy each others presence, we ca do anything and have a blast, Usually I love to take my friends to the beach for a football game and skateboarding session. at the end the day will end with tacos from AVE 26! along side a view point on Mulholland Dr. or some of the secrete spots in LA and to only know of those spots is to be introduced by a LA a native.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Shoutout to my Inner Circle, my best friends, family and the universe, I believe the universe brings the right people in our path to guide us to where we are meant to be, I am especially grateful for the opportunity Katrina KatTat offered for a spot to work in Beverly Hills C.A
