We had the good fortune of connecting with Diana Tagirovna and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Diana, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
For me, it wasn’t a specific decision — more of a natural progression of my passion. I started filming back in 5th or 6th grade, and it has been a part of my life ever since. My parents were always supportive and never held me back. By the time I was 17, I had started earning money from my work and realized that my hobby could actually turn into a business. Around that time, I was invited to attend a videography school, and that’s when I began taking on larger projects.

Since 2020, I’ve been working on various photo and video projects, ranging from individual shoots to weddings, labor, and business events. My schedule is fully booked months in advance, which is a testament to the success and demand for my work.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I’m happy to offer what I once lacked myself — confidence. Individual photoshoots are always a deep, personal experience for me, and I never watch the clock, waiting for the session to end. For me, the process and the result are what matter most. The greatest reward is hearing that my work helps people accept, love, and become the best version of themselves.

Beyond that, I create emotions that will stay with people forever. Can watching a video or looking at photos bring someone to tears? Absolutely! My mission is to capture moments that will evoke feelings again and again.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Without a doubt, I’d suggest a road trip around California! The natural beauty here is breathtaking, and it’s the best way to see everything.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
The foundation of my confidence and belief in what I do is entirely thanks to my mom. She has been and continues to be the biggest source of support in my life. Thanks to her, I move forward fearlessly, knowing that anything is possible.

I’m also incredibly grateful to my colleagues. Without them, I wouldn’t have been able to reach a higher level in my career. I particularly enjoy working with my partners in California and other states, who have played a crucial role in my growth.

Lastly, I want to thank my close circle of friends and family for their unwavering belief in me and their ongoing support.
