We had the good fortune of connecting with Diego Santos and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Diego, what is the most important factor behind your success?
There are many factors behind success but one of the most important in my eyes is high quality service with an emphasis on the customer experience. I have implemented many systems and SOPs that contribute to almost erasing room for error. This contributes to a simple and seamless experience for everyone. My goal is to take all of the management and logistics out of the client’s hands, and allow us to take care of it so they can enjoy their luxury experience. These highly rated, positive experiences directly contribute to our very high referral rate and 5 star rating on google.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more? What sets you apart from other?
What sets us apart from the rest is our systems and communication channels. We are very streamlined and efficient when it comes to management and logistics for a picnic event. This is the same for how we communicate with our partners, staff, and most importantly; clients. This new implementation since my ownership has taken the business to record heights since the business’ inception. Building these systems was very difficult, tedious, and time consuming. It was nearly 1 year before everything was moderately refined and working well. Things are constantly being adjusted to ensure we’re making efficient moves, but a large majority of the work was taken care of in that first initial 1 year build out period. I understood in order to be the best, I had to not make any excuses for myself, partners, my team, or to clients. Everything has to be perfect and nothing less.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I’m new to the city of Temecula so I’m still figuring this out myself! I moved here with my partner Jasmine a few months ago so we are still learning about local hotspots. We love going to the wineries, naturally I have lots of exposure here since we do a lot of business at wineries. The Promenade Mall is a great place to shop around and possibly catch a movie. There’s also a local hot air balloon company that offers tours. There’s lots of fun and relaxing things to do in the wine country and I really enjoy the pace.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would love to shoutout my amazing and beautiful girlfriend and life partner Jasmine. She has been there since day one well before I bought this business and has shown support from the very beginning.
