We had the good fortune of connecting with Draza Jansky and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Draza, what principle do you value most?
I love having a sense of curiosity, humor, and perspective about the journey of life. These qualities set the stage for inspiration, creativity, and manifestation. And that leads directly to a more fulfilling life!

What should our readers know about your business?
The success of my practice is based on helping clients find magnetic, compelling reasons to develop the thoughts and actions that lead to their goals. When an action feels like a “should,” it’s hard to stay consistent. But when an action feels like a a desire, a rocket to your destiny, consistency feels effortless …even when you are using tremendous energy and focus.

Facing challenges is meant to be engaging, healthy, and rewarding, even when the work is intense. The key is to find ways to enjoy and value the process itself, so that we are willing to ride the wild waves inherent in any creation.

My early career experience as a performing artist and a Creative Arts Therapist informs my work as a coach today. The mental clarity, focus and courage that creates powerful art also builds beautiful businesses, relationships, and lives.

I consider ALL my clients creators … whether they are in tech, real estate, entertainment, or focused on building their personal life and family.
It’s incredibly rewarding to celebrate every success with them. But what I value most is helping them develop an APPRECIATIVE and CENTERED MIND.That’s a gift that will stay with them long after our work is complete. The mindset you develop during the process will be the mindset you will have when you achieve the result. So we continually refocus on optimizing and working with what is happening NOW.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I love curating the LA experience to exactly what a friend needs in the moment … just like I do for clients!

For peace of mind and rejuvenation, a hike in Malibu Creek State Park, a walk on the beach in Point Dume, or meandering through Topanga is gorgeous! To feel empowered and on top of the world, dining on rooftops like the Intercontinental, the Peninsula in Beverly Hills or The Pendry DTLA gives an elevated perspective. And for artistic inspiration, The Hollywood Bowl and Disney Concert Hall are as architecturally stimulating as the music played inside them. The Troubadour and Hotel Cafe are perfect music venues when you are craving that intimate, grungy, in-the-know music vibe. (Yes I’m a 90’s girl!)

I also love turning people on to the neighborhoods I’ve lived in! Malibu Lake makes you feel like you’re in a quaint, quirky small town. Beverly Hills is fun when you want to experience high end clothing, design, hospitality, and the theater of life. Larchmont Village is a charming, east coast/west coast vibe community with a dynamic walkable town center.

I’m sharing public places that any visitor can access. But as in any great city, the most interesting spots in LA are the private and the personal! You access them through the people you love and work with over time, from sharing connections, and from developing a rich personal life with the natives!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My practice is definitely influenced by the creators I’ve met working in LA! Beverly Hills real estate pioneer Jeff Hyland taught me about the alchemy of clear focus and passion in just a few impactful conversations before he passed away in 2022. Architect/Writer Marcelo Spina shows me the similarities between the way I help people design their lives and the way he approaches architectural challenges. Tech entrepreneur Riz Virk has been introducing me to new ways to view the scientific and spiritual principles that are the foundation of the strategies I teach my clients.

But the most amazing conversation I’ve had about life was with actor Anthony Hopkins! It was a chance meeting: We were both browsing through books at a metaphysical store in Malibu. After a whirlwind discussion about life, art, and spirituality he paused for a moment and said . . . “It’s all just a dream, isn’t it?” And then he just smiled and walked out the door!
