Today we’re excited to be connecting with Eddie Grigorian again. If you haven’t already, we suggest you check out our prior conversation with them here.

Eddie, we are so thrilled to be connecting again and can’t wait to hear about all the amazing things you have been up to. Before we jump into all of that, some of our readers might have missed our prior interview, so can you take a moment to reintroduce yourself?
Classic21 Bartending Services is run and owned by Eddie Grigorian. What sets us apart is the importance of building client relationships and attention to every detail. It is never about one event, far more valuable in creating a lifetime connection by meeting all aspects requested. The first question I will always ask, “what is your vision for your bar?”. Once I am able grasp what the client is looking for; I can then guide them in creating a signature menu and the bar they want for their event. Each occasion is special and needs to be perfect. From a birthday, wedding, engagement, corporate function or retirement celebration; all are meant to stand alone. No event is the same and what makes Classic21 standout is making each client feel special. It is incredibly important to listen and execute every detail. The more time you spend on prep the better each event will turnout.

Awesome, so we reached out because we wanted to hear all about what you have been up to since we last connected.
It is always fun to keep up with the most current trends when it comes to creating cocktails. When I first started bartending, it was all about lemon drops, kamikazes, and cosmopolitans. Currently the hottest cocktails are old-fashioned’s, spicy Margarita’s, negroni’s and espresso martini’s. Gin has made a major comeback and continues to grow. Social media has played a major role, along with pop-culture. I get asked all the time to make the cocktail that is most commonly trending, which is the espresso martini right now.

We have now arrived at one of our favorite parts of the interview – the lightning round. We’ll ask you a few quick questions to give us all some fun insights about you.
