We had the good fortune of connecting with Eduardo Yera and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Eduardo, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I realized that working for someone else often led to dead ends and disappointment. Despite putting in the hard work, my value only went so far. That’s when I knew I needed to start my own busines where my dedication and effort would directly shape my success. By building something of my own, I could create real value, not just for myself, but for my clients and my community. It’s about taking control of my future and turning my passion into something meaningful and lasting.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I got into a lot of trouble as a youngster, hanging with the wrong crowd and struggling in school, which led to not finishing high school. But despite those setbacks, I’m proud of how I’ve turned my past into strengths. Thanks to the hardworking example of my father and brother, I found a better path and ignited the drive to become an entrepreneur. Even when I doubted myself, I kept pushing forward.

This resilience is reflected in our company’s DNA—we tackle challenges head-on and find solutions, no matter how tough. I’m most proud that we’ve built a brand people trust. Seeing a client’s satisfaction after an installation is a powerful reminder of why we do what we do.

Success isn’t just about hard work; it’s about persistence and learning from every setback. It’s also about surrounding yourself with the right people—whether it’s a supportive family or a strong team that shares your vision.

I certainly didn’t get here by myself. My family has been a tremendous support throughout this journey. My wife, my nephews, my sister-in-law, and my children they’ve all been my biggest cheerleaders. Their unwavering belief in me and the pride they show in what I’ve accomplished keeps me motivated every day. I’m deeply grateful for their love and support, and I couldn’t have done it without them.
