We had the good fortune of connecting with Enolia Foti and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Enolia, is there something you believe many others might not?
Growing up in the United States, we have definitions of what is perceived to be successful all around us. We see the materialistic advantages, the monetary advantages, and the perceived power yielding as the stage of achievement along with the definition of success. What is not spoken about is the manipulative, deceiving means by which it was achieved, what part of yourself was given away because the money led the way, or the loneliness of achievement in the belittling and demeaning of individuals to get there. The biggest foolery is using these external drivers of potential deceit, greed, and manipulation as the means to achieve your vision. When an individual embarks on a vision of doing what they love, something that their heart and soul long to do, they are bringing forward their gift. In bringing forward that gift, they are tapping into an inner strength and a divine alignment and flow of what life is willing and wanting the share. It is the individual’s contribution to humanity and because you are driven as an individual through all that is amplified through you, your energy, your love of what you do, your passion in delivering it, and the sheer joy and happiness you have in performing the task, people, situations, and circumstances are drawn to you. When this happens, there is a divine alignment. In that divine alignment, the by-product of doing what you love is the monetary abundance and resources needed to live.
Do not let people manipulate you into things you do not want to do by allowing the dangling carrot of materialism and greed to drive you to your vision of success. People will consistently motivate you with this type of advice. But search your heart and let the plan that was always residing there, unveil, take shape and form, and create the longing of your soul calling unapologetically, without needing external approval to embark on the journey.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
ENOLIA, LLC. Delivers transformative empowerment and self-development programs to conscious professionals and businesses worldwide. In the aftermath of the pandemic, consumers are looking for new and alternative ways to combat work overload, depression, anxiety, loneliness, addiction, chronic diseases, mental illnesses, and total burnout, — all of which are skyrocketing globally.
Enolia’s programs establish a solid foundation to build one’s career, goals, and vision upon. Her programs guide the individual to deeply reflect and observe. It affords them to recognize their patterns of thinking and reprogram their subconsciousness. In this work, the individual turns vulnerabilities into strengths, is able to release false identities, change limiting beliefs and establish a solid foundation where we trust ourselves and our decisions. Deep diving into self and emerging as the observer of self, helps us to see the reality we have created. We can unravel our limiting beliefs by watching what unveils in business and in life to discover the reality we have established. Once understood we can release reactionary emotions, insecurities, and judgments that cloud our relationships and decisions, emerging a different view and perspective to resolve and navigate adverse circumstances. Doing this work gives you the solid groundwork and foundation to stand resiliently. This in turn results in conscious insight.
I was able to establish a series of programs through the lessons learned from my own experiences, guided by Elders from around the world who graciously opened their hearts to me and shared their traditional knowledge and wisdom with me to learn the lessons of life. In their helping me to heal, they ask that I share my journey and lessons learned so that others may find their path. This is the foundation of my work, my books, and my programs.
The challenges overcome and the lessons learned were some of the hardest lessons I have encountered. These teachings changed the course of my life and I write about them in my books. I also summarize the lessons learned and ask my readers about their life so that they can relate my lessons learned, back to their lives.
To embrace the totality of oneself is to look and the mirror and be honest with what you see. Ask hard questions like “How am I lying to myself?” and address all answers until you can look in the mirror and love every aspect that you see. My programs hold a safe container to do the work. Once this work is done at the foundation level, all that you build upon it, in leadership training, and business building to achieve your vision, flows and aligns physically and energetically. Many people do not realize that they are the very blocks that stop them from achieving their goals. With this recognition, you are no longer “in your own way”. This was probably the hardest lesson I had to learn and change in order to achieve my own success.
In addressing this, my programs have been accepted by individuals, businesses, global influencers, corporate leaders, and professionals from all walks of life around the world.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Los Angeles has so much to offer with so many places to visit. One of my favorite places to visit to get out of the hustle and bustle of life is the Lake Shrine is part of the Self-Realization Fellowship founded by Paramahansa Yogananda. Dedicated in 1950, he envisioned a spiritual environment where people from all over the world could come and experience peace of heart and mind and it is exactly that. I love visiting Santa Monica beach all day Sunday and then stopping on the third street promenade from 6 pm to 10 pm to visit my Salsa Familia and dance the evening away. Friday nights Kizomba (the African Tango) rules the evening, taking lessons and then dancing the night away. Aside from the many plays, ballets ( I love Alvin Ailey Dance Company when they visit), and museums downtown, you can never be bored. Some of my favorite hangouts are Urth Café and Café Gratitude in Venice, or hanging out in Primo Passo on Montana Ave. I love to frequent the Reel Inn Seafood on the way to Malibu or just going the rooftop restaurant of Calabra or the Penthouse to see the breathtaking view of Santa Monica. You can always deliver a wonderful visiting experience in Los Angeles.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
When I reflect back on where I owe my success, I want to take the opportunity to thank all the indigenous elders; Grandmothers and Grandfathers from around the world who spoke with me, taught me, believed in me, and saw something within me that I did not see within myself. The wisdom passed on and shared is invaluable and it is with gratitude that I acknowledge them and honor them in all that I do and represent. I also want to acknowledge my mother and father for always instilling within me to stand in my truth without compromising who I am no matter what the circumstance.
