We had the good fortune of connecting with eric cloutier and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi eric, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind the success of my brand is the genuine connection I establish with people. I treat everyone, including my employees and customers, like family, ensuring they have what they need to provide the best service. Above all, I prioritize caring for others and treating everyone equally.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I am most proud of my kids and family, and what sets me apart is how I genuinely care for others. I have reached where I am today through years of hard work and a strong work ethic, often working 18-hour days. The lessons I have learned along the way include not relying on others to do what I can do, helping others to help myself, and not conforming to the norm but staying true to myself and believing in myself. Ultimately, I want people to enjoy life and have a good time.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend was visiting the area, I would definitely take them to the beach for some fun in the sun. We would also explore some of the fine restaurants along the California coast, with Xavier and Mastro’s being my personal favorites. Additionally, I would recommend checking out some of the most exciting and interesting places in the area, such as local art galleries, hiking trails with breathtaking views, and maybe even catching a live music performance at a nearby venue.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
The credit for my success truly belongs to my dedicated staff, as without their unwavering commitment, I would not have achieved the position I am in today. Their genuine care and dedication are evident and have played a significant role in our accomplishments.
