Meet Eric Davis | Entrepreneur & College Student

We had the good fortune of connecting with Eric Davis and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Eric, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I’ve always had a creative mind and the skill set to be an entrepreneur. I also had trouble finding activewear that caught my eye and was affordable. Starting my business allowed me to combine my creative mindset and entrepreneurial aspirations.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am currently a college student in my senior year majoring in Computer Science at Towson University. I have an internship with the FAA and I plan on pursuing in career in cyber security when graduation while also running my business. What sets my business apart from others is that I am big on providing great customer service and quality products. I am indeed proud of where my business is today compared to where it was as I was barely making any sales and many people did not know about my brand. Although it has gained more awareness, I want it to go much further. It was not easy getting to where I am today, there were many bumps in the road but I learned that no matter what I always have to keep moving forward. I would like the world to know that I’m going to keep pushing my business and plan on being one of the biggest athletic brands in the world.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Our week would consists of visiting many landmarks in DC such as the national mall, Washington monument, Lincoln memorial, and the MLK memorial, getting food at the wharf, nature walk at great falls, going to the national harbor, going to Topgolf(my favorite spot), going to a Commanders or Wizards game(depending on the time of the year), hanging out on U St, going to Kings Dominion, and going to bowlero. And many other things as well but that’s all I can think of just off the top of my head. For me the most fun and interesting things to check out is DC, seafood, and Topgolf! There are a lot hidden gems in the area, just have to go on TikTok.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I’ve got to give a huge shoutout to all the folks who’ve supported my business these past few years. Whether they have bought something from me, liked, commented, reposted, or followed the brand on social media, I’m seriously grateful for all of it. And a special shoutout goes to all of my friends who’s been there with me these past few years as well. They all have been my sounding board whenever I’ve had a new idea or felt like throwing in the towel.
