Hi Ernest, what do you attribute your success to?
“For me, success is first measured by my ability to work hard before it is measured by profit or popularity. I believe that if you can consistently put in effort when no one is watching, then results will eventually follow. So the main success factor behind my business has really been discipline, persistence, and a strong work ethic.

When I started Hailey Jordany, it was not backed by big capital or a large team. It began as an idea driven by vision and a willingness to work. I had to learn marketing, branding, and customer engagement step by step, often through trial and error. Instead of waiting for perfect conditions, I focused on doing what I could with the resources available and improving as I went.

Another important success factor was believing in the identity of the brand. Hailey Jordany is not just about clothing; it represents growth, ambition, and becoming better than you were yesterday. That mindset shaped how I approached the business. I treated every post, every product, and every customer interaction as an opportunity to build something meaningful and professional.

I also learned that hard work is not only physical effort but mental commitment. There were times when results were slow, but I stayed consistent with promoting the brand, refining designs, and learning from feedback. Over time, that consistency created recognition and trust, which are essential for any business to grow.

Hailey Jordany was built as a lifestyle fashion brand rather than just a clothing business. From the beginning, the focus was on creating a clear brand identity that represents growth, ambition, and confidence. This made the business more than a seller of clothes; it became a brand that people could relate to and want to be part of.

A key factor was the way the business approached product development. Instead of producing random designs, each product was created to fit within the brand’s image and message. This consistency helped customers easily recognise the brand and trust its quality and direction. Over time, this strengthened loyalty and repeat purchases.

Marketing also played a major role in the business’s success. The business relied heavily on digital platforms to promote its products and vision. Social media was not only used to advertise but to tell the brand’s story and show its lifestyle appeal. This made marketing cost-effective while still reaching a wide and relevant audience.

If my best friend came over, I would invite him to watch a movie. I enjoy creating a relaxed and welcoming environment when friends visit. Watching a movie together is a fun activity because it allows us to share an experience and spend quality time together. Before the movie we would probably talk.

I like activities like this because they bring people together in a comfortable way. It doesn’t require anything complicated, but it still creates a moment where people can connect, relax, and enjoy each other’s company. For me, spending time with close friends is about strengthening the relationship and appreciating the time we have together. Inviting him for a movie would be my way of making sure he feels welcome while also doing something we can both enjoy.
