Meet Esai Moreno | CEO- No Solutions Productions

We had the good fortune of connecting with Esai Moreno and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Esai, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
My thought process was to figure out a way to financially support my family while doing something that I enjoy. Since I was a young kid I’ve always been a person who did what ever I could to make money, whether it was taking pictures for people, graphic design, personal fitness training, or even cutting hair. Around the time that I was considering opening this business, I stepped back and tried to look at all the things I’ve done in my short 23 years of life, and I came to a conclusion that digital media (design, photos, videos, etc.) was the thing I understood the best and most importantly enjoyed the most. The feeling I get when a client is satisfied with the work I present to them is the most gratifying feeling in the world. Stepping back and really analyzing my skills is what allowed me to gain the courage to open my own business.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
No Solutions Productions is a modern day digital media company based out of Kansas. We specialize in podcast production, but also do videography and photography. Our podcast production is like none other in the state of Kansas. We take the stress out of podcasting and allow our podcasters to come in for an hour a week to have fun and talk with their guest, while we handle everything on the back end from editing, all the way to posting it on all the major streaming services. We make the podcasts seamless, fun, and professional! Podcast production is easily what I value the most in our company, but we don’t stop there.
We also have fun working with different local companies to promote their business or products through promotional ads, helping with marketing tactics, or helping business find who their target customer is to drive up the revenue in their businesses.
Our photography department is new and growing. We provide professional photos in our studio with a number of different back drops and professional lighting. We also do photography for events such as weddings, birthdays, or any special events.
Getting to this point in our business was and still is one of the hardest things I’ve done in my life. Being a start up, it can be difficult to keep up with finances, clients, and all the little things that come with running a business. Little problems here and there keep us on our toes, always ready to learn from mistakes or figure out how to do something new so we can keep up with our demand.
I would just like the world to know that we are just getting started, and we plan on making an impact on a global scale by the time were done!
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If a friend was visiting KC and I wanted to show them a good time, I would take them to Chicken N’ Pickle in Overland Park. We would start with a nice hot meal, grab a drink at the bar, maybe play some corn hole, and then finally hop on the pickle ball court! Also I would definitely take them to a chiefs or Sporting KC game!
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Their are a number of people I’d like to recognized starting with my cousin, Marcos Garcia, who has been taking over our podcast division here at No Solutions Productions. He has been working with me full time, while also working a night job, still waking up every morning ready to attack the day. With out him we could not be as successful as we have been. Secondly my sister, Mia Moreno, she was apart of the original team and played a key factor in the success of this business. Finally, my good friend and business partner, Chuck Doyle. We could not be where we are today with out this man. He is the owner of a local electric company called Lumenus Technologies, and he was the first person to take a chance on us by letting us produce his podcast. He has been a mentor to me and was a big part in helping me open up the doors so we can help others create their visions and creative ideas.
