Meet Eugenia Gamero: Fashion Stylist & Designer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Eugenia Gamero and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Eugenia, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
After many years working for different brands and companies I would always find the need to express myself outside of the lines of what was already set and expected as a creative, so obviously starting my own ventures has always been about satisfying that inner kid that is still crossing things out of her bucket list and of course for that outer artist that is not being heard in every space so I had to create my own.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Fashion is the best way I know how to express myself, wether is doing styling, designing or consulting I constantly look for quality and unique things that will truly stand out and stand the test of time, of course in todays world where everything has been done and redesigned a million times what I believe is the best way to evolve is by sticking to what works best for you and find a way to improve everyday.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
So many places! But I would start with a morning hike, for me is always a most in LA, runyon canyon, hollywood sign or the wisdom tree are my go to, Kreation organic or earth bar will have the best juices, lunch could be anywhere between Honor Bar, the Win-dow, Cafe Bolivar, Caricaco, Tacos 1986, Croft Alley, Gracias Madre, Superba and of course for a more casual situation there is always the farmers Market at the Grove with amazing options, for dinner I love Republique, il Pastaio, Sushi Gen, Jon and Vinny’s, La Pergoletta, Rosaline or Bacari on 3rd which I love! For drinks El Carmen, Adults Only, Caña rum bar, Tenants of the trees, Break room 86 and the rooftop at mamas shelter, of course you will need some beach days, Malibu farm is where I usually end up but if you want to get fancy Nobu has it all, for more cultural events a full day at the Getty villa, Getty museum, The broad and LACMA are essential and for shopping my go to is Dover Street Market, 424 on fairfax and of course Rodeo!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Shoutout to all the people who have heard my crazy and ideas and helped me shaped them into what they are today, every client and company, every actor, musician, brand, photographer, editors, directors, dancers, producers, managers, everyone who has allowed me to play with them and they have also played with me in order to create beautiful things, you know who you are and I love you all!!
