We had the good fortune of connecting with Fallon Favors and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Fallon, do you have a favorite quote or affirmation?
“You can have it all, just not at the same time.” I love this quote because it is so indicative of my life’s journey and the amazing experiences I’ve ushered in. I’m in deep gratitude for each blessing I have and can also appreciate each moment as it comes; all while still working to manifest new opportunities.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
The work I do is directly connected to women and the path we take towards building relationships and families. In the social media era, there are tons of outlets that promote the help of women by way of giving advice and relationship coaching. However, the model I follow is one that values honesty and integrity. As my brand continues to expand, I’ve ensured that transparency is present in my work. I’m not perfect or a finished product but my experiences, good or bad, have enriched my life for the better. Through those experiences, I’m able to teach others and guide them on their own individual paths. I’m proud of the work I’ve done and the courage it’s taken to put myself out there. I’ve always adopted the philosophy of betting on myself, even when I didn’t see a clear path towards how I could accomplish something. If I decide I want something, I know it’s just a matter of time before I make it happen. Staying focused, organized, and diligent with the details are all tools I’ve used to grow my brand. One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced on my journey as an artist, creator, speaker, and coach is maintaining the flow of those roles, while also working a 9 to 5, and being a full time mom. There were many days I had to work 8-10 hours, then come home to cook for my family, get myself ready for the next day, then stay up well into the next morning to work on my personal projects. Our circumstances are not always ideal for the life we are trying to curate. However, the vision must be so crystal clear that the hurdles presented aren’t seen as roadblocks; instead they’re accepted as a part of the journey.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I’m a beach girl and love visiting all the beach cities. I’d start in Manhattan Beach for breakfast at The Kettle. You can literally see the beach from their outdoor seating area, the vibe is super chill and they have some of the most amazing comfort food. LACMA, The Getty, or the world renowned Leimert Park area are also a vibe to take in some art & culture. There’s some amazing wine bars like 1010 Wine & Offhand Wine Bar, which are great places to hang and chat with some cool people until dinner time. Then for dinner, I’d do C&O’s in Marina Del Rey, Eddie V’s in El Segundo or Joey’s back in Manhattan Beach.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
The group of individuals I’d like to shoutout are the amazing men and women of my online community. I’ve procured their support through my social media channels, starting with one video I dropped back in 2019, that now has over 50,000 views! While that might be not be significant by some viral content standards, it means everything to me because the resonance and engagement were genuine. After giving tons of advice about single motherhood, love and relationships, I’ve actually grown tremendously on personal level myself and I’ve also been illuminated with a calling to help women reach their highest levels of self-esteem, confidence and self transformation.
