We had the good fortune of connecting with Fanny Axen and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Fanny, what role has risk played in your life or career?
I always take risks i dont believe in taking no risks and playing if safe if u want to go somewhere
my biggest risk is that i left my home country and moved to LA where i know i needed to be.
And to build up your business and a team during the pandemic hasnt been easy but i paid off.
And also not to always go after the best and biggest try to build it yourself instead of jumping on a already moving train.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I think what sets me apart is that I take risks and I actually care. I built my team and network by working hard not having anything handed to me, but having to work and put myself out there for people to know what I do, no one is gonna care about u and know who you ae unless you show and put yourself out there, and treating people how I want to be treated myself.
its never been easy the opposite I think overtime you take a longer road and its more work to get where you want is never easier then taking the shortcuts, but I want to build longterm relationships and a career so then it has to be built on a real foundation so its worth the extra work.
I just worked really hard and knew why I do what I do, and never let anybody make me give up on my dreams.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
To the Beach ( Malibu) and hiking 100% thats the magic of living in LA to me.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Actually yourself, dont forget about you.
By working hard snd believing in myself and my own dreams and making sure u and your team all work for there own dreams, is how you keep it longterm, so dont forget about yourself no one else can do that for u in the same way.
