Hi Favor, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind my success would have to be my mom being that she’s so strong and endured so much illness. But conquered them all!
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
As a singer, songwriter, and recording artist, my artistry is a manifestation of love and passion, where each note and melody is an expression of my deepest emotions. What sets me apart is the gift I hold, a sincere desire to share my music with the world. My drive and motivation to be the best version of myself are the guiding forces in my journey.
Music is not just a career for me; it’s a way of life. I breathe, live, and breed music. The stage is my sanctuary, where I pour my heart into every performance. The path to where I am today hasn’t been easy—it required hard work, dedication, and numerous sacrifices. Through patience and prayers, I’ve learned that belief is a powerful catalyst for turning dreams into reality.
What I want the world to know is that my identity is intertwined with my music. My family and friends are the pillars of my support, and their significance in my life cannot be overstated. I strive to always be the best version of myself, whether I’m singing on stage, performing, or engaging in interviews. I believe that with unwavering dedication and a belief in oneself, anything is possible.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would take them to universal city walk and explore the ambiance. Then I would take them to the Santa Monica pier to walk the boardwalk and the beach, then lets go to Bossonova and have some amazing Brazilian food. And after that let’s go to yard house and have some drinks! And when we wake up let’s go hiking! And then grab a healthy salad from sweet green! And do all over over again!
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Thanks to my mom for constantly encouraging me to never give up no matter what.
