We had the good fortune of connecting with Fellippe Esteves and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Fellippe, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
THE SELECTION AND HIRING THE RIGHT PEOPLE! Our employees are our biggest assets, we are committed to their success, our company culture is about our employees and providing them with a happy and exciting place to work allowing them to be the best Ambassadors of themselves.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
**We believe what set us apart is: Not only the location, but the selection and the quality of our ingredients, farm to table produce, the selection and lots of training our great staff.
**We decided to open our own restaurant group aiming to be the coolest restaurant group there is, maintaining a great and happy work environment along with our strong company culture that revolves entirely around “Great Hospitality” among the entire company, that will attract creative and great professionals to join our company.
**Our Biggest challenge was overcome Covid shut down and NOT giving up. We did not close the restaurant in 2020, NOT A SINGLE DAY! we made a lot of menu adjustments an created more and more family meals, picnic baskets, we were the only restaurant in Long Beach that did not close a single day through the pandemic, maintaining a great presence online and on our social media announcing our new menu items and how they could support us through the worst.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Would take them on a gastronomic tour in Los Angeles, starting in Downtown LA going all the way to Santa Monica, visiting iconic places like Chez Jay where the rat pack used to hand out, getting the best pastrami sando in LA Johnnies Pastrami in Culver City, stopping by Bay Cities deli in Santa Monica for their famous Italian deli sando Godmother.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My wife (Danielle Soldati) is my best team mate, she works as hard as I do maintaining the most beautiful smile throughout the entire day
