Meet FLAVIA SUEROS | Singer, Photographer, actress, dir.

We had the good fortune of connecting with FLAVIA SUEROS and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi FLAVIA, what led you to pursuing a creative path professionally?
I have always been driven by helping people understand the world in a creative way. In my search for truth, I realized I couldn’t fully find it anywhere except in the artistic field. Art became the space where I allow myself to explore everything — questions, emotions, contradictions, injustice.
Since I was a child, I have looked at the world differently. I was always in my head, creating stories, imagining how a moment would look on film, or how I would write a piece about injustice and then perform it, or turn it into a song. That’s what I love most about the artistic world — you never stop discovering new ways to tell a story. You never stop playing.
My playground has always been — and still is — singing, acting, photography, videography. Capturing moments, combining it all, letting them inform each other.
I want to shift narratives and bring forward something honest. I’m drawn to real people and to capturing them as they are, without forcing an image. And beyond the creative side, I care deeply about impact. Supporting dogs in shelters is important to me, and I make it clear to the people I work with that when they collaborate with me, they’re also contributing to something bigger. It’s a collective effort — creativity serving a wider purpose.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am a singer, photographer, filmmaker, and actress. I am a storyteller. For me, these disciplines are not separate; they are different languages that allow me to express the same truth. Music gives it emotion, film gives it movement, photography freezes it in time, and acting allows me to embody it.
What sets me apart is that I don’t limit myself to one medium. I’m deeply curious, and I’m not afraid to step into new fields or challenge myself creatively. I’m driven by growth. I dive into everything fully, even when it feels uncomfortable, because that’s where honesty lives. My work is rooted in real emotion and real people. I don’t aim for perfection — I aim for truth.
Professionally, the journey hasn’t been easy. It’s been layered with doubt, financial challenges, cultural transitions, and moments of uncertainty. But I’ve learned to embrace the small beginnings. I truly believe you have to respect and master the small before you’re ready for more. Every project, every collaboration, every setback has shaped me. Instead of waiting for perfect conditions, I created with what I had.
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that there is no such thing as perfection. We are abstract, imperfect, complex human beings — and that in itself is art. The mess, the contradictions, the vulnerability — that’s where connection happens.
What I want the world to know about me and my brand is this: we are here for a brief moment. Tomorrow is never guaranteed. So while we are here, let’s create honestly. Let’s say the things that matter. Let’s tell the stories that feel uncomfortable but necessary. If my work can motivate someone, strengthen someone, or help them feel less alone — then I’ve done what I came here to do.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Morning breakfast: My boy’s waffles ( the best Keto waffles in the world)
Fist Stop in the city : Matcha at Menotti’s. It is the only place I go when it is about quality matcha.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
First of all, above it all… God.He gives me identity in what I do. I drive, He directs.
