We had the good fortune of connecting with Frank Benji and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Frank, what role has risk played in your life or career?
What I notice about risk and its role in my life is that I have always been attracted to high risk high reward situations. I feel as though I have always been put in the position where odds are favored against me, and when all the pressure is put on you, that’s when I become most efficient in my work. Always thriving in these situations caused me to have appreciation for risk and opportunity. There is simply no growth in comfortability. Every tribulation Ive faced I’ve always walked away with more knowledge and an improved perspective, and god willing, some money.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Born In Miami raised on the Shorline of New Haven County Frank Benji is a recording artist, sound engineer, and event Coordinator. Since 2012 the artist has been recording and developing his own musical craft. He states, “Music requires one simple thing to be appealing; vibrant emotional expression.” With this philosophy, Frank Benji decided to stop using the pen and pad and now only relies on his freestyle capability to achieve the sound he desires. His goal is inspire his followers to unlock their full potential. Frank Benji has been performing shows all over Los Angeles and Southern California at venues such as, The Airliner, Chain Reaction, And House Of Blues ” I decided to drive to Los Angeles to pursue music and go to college for sound engineering. Saved up enough money with a friend to take a flight to check out different schools. Then decided to each match money with a friend and purchase a jeep we got for a ridiculously low price, we sold it to buy our plane tickets. After Experiencing Los Angeles I decided to pack everything up and drive from the east coast. My friend and I packed up our entire lives and hit the road. to moving across the country without a clear destination. Driving for over a week we finally hit the outskirts of California. I can honestly say that, That risk I decided to take was probably the most profitable and best decision I made. After moving to Los Angeles I had so many other challenges I had to face. Each problem I came across always got dealt with. ”
