We had the good fortune of connecting with Freddy Bam Bam and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Freddy, why did you pursue a creative career?
Since I was a kid that’s all I wanted to do. I’d see my mom sing in church so I wanted to sing as well. I would dance battle people at every school dance. Rap battle all the time. It’s always been my dream to have a career in this !

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I think what sets me apart from others is juggling the Spanish and English records! I have a great team and we make sure the records come out great ! As a Latino from LA I gotta represent so I give 150 percent everytime !

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I always hit up Craft beer kings and grab IPAs in El Monte or Hit Whittier Blvd in Pico Rivera so many options right there !

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to shoutout God ! He’s surrounded me with amazing people in my life who push me to be better !
