We had the good fortune of connecting with Fredric Norris and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Fredric, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
My initial thought process behind starting my own business, was to work with our senior communities keeping them healthy and active by Designing and Performing exercising programs to accommodate our seniors needs/and nutrition. Also working with chronicle issues such as arthritis, osteoporosis, injuries, cognitive & physical disabilities such as, autism, Down syndrome, etc. Overall helping to prolong life for our senior communities and having them feeling good about themselves again.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
As a single member business owner/employee providing senior fitness training, Caregiving services, and more.
I focus on my clients needs
in detail, when it comes to their health, nutrition, any chronicle issue, physical, rehabilitation, physical therapy, etc.

I understand from being a caregiver, life skilled job coach for clients with autism, and a non-registered behavior therapist.
You have to have a lot of patience, care, kindness, and love to provide services effectively. And the fact that I’m also a music artist and an actor my clients also get a dose of entertainment and fun times making great memories and life-changing moments.
I, thank, God for the fact, that I’m able to make such a major positive impact, and difference in peoples lives, physically, socially, and mentally. And I’m very excited about being able to continue to make a great positive impact in people lives now and beyond.

As providing caregiving services to clients working through another company, I started training the client and within a year and a half. I built a client’s core strength, endurance, stamina re-introducing the clients to things they have not done in 4+ years, such as being able to walk up his steps at 85 years old

So understanding what I have done and knowing the innovative character that I possess, I started my company and yes, it was difficult, but keeping my faith and belief in God and making the right connections through working
is the reason why I’m able to continue to maintain my company today

Going from working for another company to work for yourself there’s plenty of lessons you’re going to learn and the main lesson is if you don’t work you don’t eat meaning you can’t provide for yourself or a family as a business owner and operator.
so you must find a way to create a demand for what you supply.
You have to understand that there is going to be ups and downs when running your own company, a lot of stressful wondering questioning days and nights if you’re business is going to sustain, and or if you’re going to have to go back to work for someone else company. You will experience all type of thoughts and business issues/situations when running your own company. but as I did I feel you should just keep your faith your belief in God and continuing to work hard for what you believe in providing quality service and it will all work out for you.

Whether it’s through my Senior Fitness company and or my music or acting, I just want the world to know that I’m here to and making a positive difference and impact in people’s life either with their health or physically mentally or socially/emotionally God willing

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
