Meet Gabrielle Grande | Realtor/Designer/Connector

We had the good fortune of connecting with Gabrielle Grande and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Gabrielle, what are you inspired by?
For me, inspiration comes through connection. It’s about making people happy, a trait I’ve carried with me for as long as I can remember. I’ve always been a people pleaser—a blessing and at times, a challenge. But I’ve learned that my drive to make others happy is also my greatest joy. Whether it’s helping someone find their dream home or simply sharing a meaningful conversation, those moments of connection fuel me like nothing else.
Inspiration surrounds me in so many forms- people, nature, travel, music, art. It’s not just about experiencing these things but about the relationships I create with them. A breathtaking landscape, a meaningful lyric, or a beautifully designed space can all spark something within me, urging me to create, to connect, and to give back.
Ultimately, what inspires me most is the opportunity to bring happiness to others and deepen my connections. Every interaction, every place I visit, and every project I work on is a chance to embrace that inspiration and let it guide me.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
As an entrepreneur, I combine my genuine compassion and understanding for supporting people with my passion for aesthetics to help my clients envision the full potential of a space. LA is so vast, I want them to discover their place in just the right neighborhood. What sets me apart is my ability to blend functionality with beauty, guiding clients through the emotional and practical aspects of finding or transforming a home. I pride myself on truly listening to their needs and creating an experience that feels seamless, personal, and rewarding. My business is all about creating meaningful connections and helping people find not just a house, but a place to truly call home.
Getting to where I am today hasn’t been easy. I didn’t follow a family legacy in real estate – I built my own path through resilience, hard work, and plenty of trial and error. In such a competitive industry, I’ve faced moments of doubt, especially since sales was never a natural strength of mine. But I’ve come to see those challenges as opportunities of growth. The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that success is rooted in authenticity. By staying true to myself, showing up with honesty and heart, and genuinely caring about both my happiness and my clients’ and focusing on whats right, I’ve found that these are the keys not just to standing out but truly thriving.
What I want the world to know about me and my brand is that everything I do is deeply personal. Whether it’s real estate, design, property management, connecting clients with just the right contractor for a project, curating travel itineraries for friends or podcasting. When I’m with my three sisters we share endless relatable stories about the challenges of life and dating in today’s world, they are definitely an integral part of my LA experience! I approach every project with care and desire to make an impact. My story is multifaceted, for me, it’s not just about work – it’s about balance, creating, connecting, values and leaving a lasting impression in everything I do – #GoGrandeAndGoHome!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Here is my ultimate LA dream week itinerary:
Day 1: Malibu
-Start the day with a scenic ocean view drive up PCH listening to a little Khruangbin
-Grab a lobster roll and a bottle of crisp white wine from Broad Street Oyster Company
-Find the perfect spot on the beach to have lunch with toes in the sand and glass in hand!
-If we’re feeling boujee pop into Nobu for a cocktail and sushi bite beachfront before heading back home.
Day 2: Santa Monica
-Morning hike at Westridge Trail taking in the views while getting in a little workout.
-Afternoon recharge at La La Land or Bardonna on Montana Ave for some coffee and avocado toast.
-Dinner at my favorite local spot, R&D Kitchen – starting with the dip duo and dirty martini, with of course, three goat cheese olives!
-Ending the night at the Georgian Hotel speakeasy piano bar or if a dive bar is more the speed, Chez Jay.
Day 3: Venice
-Morning beach walk or bike ride from Marina to Venice.
-Coffee at Menotti’s
-Breakfast at Great White for their breakfast burrito!
-Wander and Shop Abbot Kinney maybe even some ice cream at Salt & Straw
-End the day for some sunset drinks and views at Elephante, must order the whipped eggplant dip .
Day 4: DTLA
-Explore the Broad Museum.
-Lunch at Grand Central Market for some tacos.
-Rooftop drinks at Perch
-Laker or Kings game at Crypto arena to end the day!
Day 5: Hollywood
-Hike the Hollywood sign.
-shop the Melrose flea market
-Dinner at Dan Tana’s before catching a concert at the Troubadour
-Night cap at Andy’s bar next door for some more live music!
Day 6: Half Day Ski Trip/Back for Sunset
-Hit the road early for Big Bear – ski a half day and soak in the mountain life.
-Definitely a beer and bowl of chili for lunch
-Arrive back in time for a sunset beach volleyball session in front of my marina del rey apartment, aperol spritz in hand – because where else can you ski in the morning and make it to the beach by sunset?
-Sugarfish for dinner because, why not!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’d love to dedicate my shoutout to my family, who have shaped so much of who I am today. My dad was a huge inspiration, showing me the value of creativity and hard work through his career as a set decorator and interior designer for some of Hollywood’s biggest names. Beyond him, my family as a whole has been my foundation. Being the oldest sister of four girls taught me leadership, patience, and the importance of setting an example.
I’d also like to recognize the role volleyball has played in my life. Being an athlete instilled the importance of teamwork, perseverance, and always showing up and giving my best every day. My story wouldn’t be the same without these influences.
