Hi Gentille, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
My e-commerce company, Stock4less.com, carries over 500,000 inventory items consisting of both new and renewed electronic products. A core value of our company is the belief in creating a circular economy, meaning keeping products in use for as long as possible and then recycling the materials that go into them to minimize waste. In other words, we promote buying and selling renewed electronics.

Electronic waste (e-waste) from digital devices like computers and cell phones is a significant issue, increasing at an alarming pace every year and contributing to environmental and health problems, particularly in economically developing countries. This waste is particularly dangerous because it contains several toxic additives and hazardous substances, including mercury, brominated flame retardants (BFRs), chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs), and hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs). If not properly controlled, these materials can expose locals to high levels of contaminants (e.g., lead and cadmium), airborne pollutants, and contaminated groundwater, leading to significant human health risks such as cancers, neurological damage, etc.

In acknowledgment of this issue, we at Stock4less.com foster a mindset of recycling electronic devices by promoting the purchase of renewed products. This is our way of contributing to lowering the negative environmental impact. I founded Stock4less.com, an e-commerce venture that has evolved significantly since its inception in 2007. Initially focused on selling marine items (boat parts) on eBay, I was pleasantly surprised by the demand from European buyers seeking affordable Made-in-USA products. Recognizing this as a niche market, I immersed myself in working closely with manufacturers and distributors of the world’s most sought-after brands. This laid the foundation for Stock4Less.com, a trusted platform connecting global buyers with elusive products, all while maintaining affordability. The response was overwhelming, catapulting us onto various online platforms worldwide, including Amazon, Walmart, Kogan, FNAC, and more.

What sets Stock4less.com apart is our commitment to not only offering brand-new items but also an extensive range of renewed products, with a special focus on Apple devices such as Macbooks, iMacs, and iPads. We take pride in customizing electronic devices to align with our customers’ unique lifestyles. Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I enjoy exploring coastal scenic spots, particularly Santa Monica and the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH). Whenever friends or family come to visit us in Los Angeles, I often bring them along to these beautiful places. There are times when my family and I simply drive down to take a walk, relish the fresh air, sample different cuisines, and engage with people.

Woodhill Hills is currently experiencing significant growth, transforming into a more vibrant community. The diverse culture, coupled with a plethora of food and beverage options, state-of-the-art schools, entertainment, and shopping, is making the San Fernando Valley more dynamic. A new neighborhood gem, the Topanga Village, has particularly caught my attention, and it has now become my latest favorite spot to explore.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
First and foremost, I dedicate my 16 years of professional journey at Stock4less.com and my achievements to my unwavering faith in God. As a devoted Christian, the Holy Bible’s words of encouragement serve as a guiding force for me, providing me with the resilience needed to navigate life’s toughest moments.

Next, my loving family and friends — the constant pillars of my motivation. Each day, their unwavering support and reminders to persevere, regardless of challenges, fuel my determination.

There is one particular individual who I would like to extend my shout-out to. He is Richard Wilson, who has been a mentor since 2006. This is the year I moved to Los Angeles from France to further my studies and Richard graciously took me under his wing. Much like a father and mentor, he provides me with tips, tricks, love, and guidance. Over the years, he has shared invaluable insights into business management, operations, and life choices. As a retired CPA, his wealth of experience in business and investment strategies continues to guide me in both my professional and personal pursuits.
