We had the good fortune of connecting with Gina Castellanos and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Gina, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Definitely will be trusting the process without focusing a lot on the outcome. My success started to take off the moment I started to enjoy every single step I was taking and at the same time working within myself. To work within your own self is to work with your “out” self. The moment I let go, everything gets done. My real security comes from within. It comes from the trust and nurture of my own capabilities, and recognizing that these capabilities actually give some value to other people, when I share that, everything blooms. Money, success and growth comes from sharing what you have and letting go of old ways of doing things. I always wanted to start whatever project I was embarking on, from the outside in, and this time with “YO Mujer” I did it the other way around, from the inside out. And not only did I thrive fantastically, but I actually manifested and matched all that is mine and true for me. Without comparing or envying anyone, but collaborating and cooperating within my own community. We all want to be loved and celebrated, is truly sad when you are seeking those things outside of yourself first. Your business is connected with your creativity and your capacity to integrate abundance and nutrition in your life. Your business or brand will reflect the connection you have with the primal source. Ask yourself, how am I connected with the Planet? How am I giving back? How many people can I actually help? True power will come to you, when what you do, serves others.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I created and host a quirky podcast in Spanish for latinas. My passion dwells in education for young latinas through entertainment. What I do simply is break down every single conflict I had encountered in my teens and twenties and try to give a clear vision on where my mind was at, and how I can attempt to solve it now. From my first period, accepting myself, my body, my culture, embracing my sexuality, differences between orgasms, to setting real boundaries and encouraging a ton of girls to get out of the system that’s always putting us down. I speak loud and I will seduce you to break free from your own thoughts and limiting beliefs. My show comes out every Tuesday on Spotify, Apple podcast or wherever you get your podcasts. It’s in Spanish, obvi. Un besito.
