We had the good fortune of connecting with Greg Lernout and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Greg, why did you decide to pursue a creative path?
I’ve always been drawn to the arts, music and films. I enjoy being around the cast and crew on film sets. I find it fun playing characters and creating individual scenes that all come together at the end to make something special.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I own and run several rental properties. I buy houses and renovate them with new designs and current looks. I take pride in giving families a nice place to live. I had a lot of help along the way from friends and family. I learned as I went along. I overcame challenges by trial and error, through experiences and asking for help. Being successful in real estate has provided me the freedom to get into acting which is a passion of mine.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would take them on a hike to Runyon Canyon, go for food at Canter’s Deli, go see a band on the Sunset Strip, visit Universal Studios and visit the Santa Monica Pier.
