Meet Henry Zammit | Benestates Elite Franchise owner & Co owner of Benestates Franchise.

We had the good fortune of connecting with Henry Zammit and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Henry, how do you think about risk?
Life is full of risks, it’s an even bigger risk not to risk. I have played a low-risk life from when I was born till the age of 25! Living in the fear that something wrong is about to happen. I tried getting out of my comfort zone but was back in after the 1st hiccup. At the age of 25, I decided to make the change; leave everything I was about to have and start it all fresh. My father and my grandfather had been building a business for more than 40 years and I decided this was not my thing and embarked on this new venture full of risk! But there I found myself on the line of risk. Starting in Real Estate was a life-changing event for me and my family. I had everyone at risk so it just got risker…. I was building a family, getting married, and leaving a small empire that was ready for me to run. But having all that did not stop me from moving forward and today I am happy to share that one of my biggest risks changed my life and my family’s life forever. If I had to stay back and live another day, month, or year in my comfort zone, all this might not have been possible. Sharing this experience might also not be possible. If my story can help just one person to get or make a better life then my risk is even more worthwhile.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
First of all, I would like to start with this quote from my mentor: Starting from the bottom is not a deficit, it’s a gift.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would definitely start off with Valletta, Valletta is full of life again and full of history. Will also try to talk my friend into buying a place there as we are in sales …. We’re always selling. A lovely restaurant in the area would be La Sfoglia; super for some good local fresh fish. I would also introduce him to my team that way he would understand more about what we do and how we do it. One thing on the list which is a must would be a nice boat trip around the island of Malta.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I have a few on the list, Starting off with the person who gave me the opportunity to work by his side and unfolded the true me! Gordon Valentino my 1st manager in real estate as he not only thought me how to sell real estate but also how to be a better version of myself every day. Till today we still meet up weekly to discuss being better and doing better. Also, one of my mentors Grant Cardone who I first got to know about him through a book called “The 10x Rule”. His mindset was another life-changing step in my life and the people I love. My family has believed in me even during the hardest times. My Business partners who also believed in me and the bigger vision I have. Last but not least all the people I got across till today who gave me the opportunity to work with.
