We had the good fortune of connecting with Homaira Khan and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Homaira, what makes you happy? Why?
Achieving mental peace significantly contributes to my happiness. Engaging in my daily prayer and exercise brings me joy, despite my occasional inconsistency with workouts. Additionally, reflecting on my progress over the past 3 or 4 years and recognizing how far I’ve come in life brings me happiness.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I aspire to become a doctor to travel the world and offer assistance in areas where people lack access to healthcare. I firmly believe in the saying “health is wealth” because when one part of our body is in pain, it affects the entire body. Simultaneously, I aim to enhance my creativity by creating engaging modeling content. Additionally, I am eagerly anticipating a significant opportunity in the music modelling industry . I believe in my potential to entertain, knowing that there are many people eager to see me on screen. For now, I’m going with the flow and embracing the journey.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend is visiting the area, I’d take her on a tour of LA. We’d start at Universal Studios Hollywood for the thrilling rides, great restaurants, and amazing views. After that, a hike near the Hollywood sign would be on the agenda, followed by a visit to Malibu Beach, Rodeo Drive, and the Glendale Mall. When it comes to dining, some of my favorites include Nusrat for the best steak, Carousel for delicious Armenian food, and Boulevards Cafe around Rodeo Drive. Yamashiro is a must-visit spot in LA, and don’t miss the delightful Maru’s Coffee in Beverly Hills. LA has so much to offer, and I’d make sure my friend experiences the best of it.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’m truly grateful for the amazing people around me who’ve been my guiding lights in both my education and modeling journey. My parents weren’t familiar with the American education system, so a huge shoutout to my mentor Ahmad for helping me navigate college, university, and earning a bachelor’s in biochemistry. They’ve also been instrumental in steering me towards my dream of becoming a doctor, providing the necessary tools and resources.

My modeling career kicked off during university, and I got the chance to be the main lead in successful Punjabi music videos. Even though I was a newbie back then, the experience was a learning curve, and I’m eager to improve and perfect my craft. Acting is something I feel confident about, and I love dancing when there’s a good choreography involved. Doing photo shoots for different designers is always a joy, especially when I get to wear stunning outfits.

A special shoutout to Director Guri Bandal for the “Jee Jee Kahenga” song video. His guidance pushed me to give my best during the shoot. The whole team was fantastic and supportive, making the experience even more enjoyable.
