We had the good fortune of connecting with I Musici Gemelli and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi I Musici Gemelli, why did you pursue a creative career?
Music, art, and creativity have always been the most authentic language for expressing who we are. From an early age, they have been our way of communicating, not only with each other, but with the whole world. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone who, listening to our music, feels understood, inspired, or moved. Creativity is a continuous journey that allows us to grow and reinvent ourselves without stopping. It is precisely from this desire to explore, share, and evolve that our duo: I Musici Gemelli, was born.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Being an artist in the world of classical music is a complex path, full of sacrifices, constant study, and many challenges. Turning it into a profession required years of auditions, competitions, and rehearsals. What makes our duo special is the fact that we are twin brothers: we play the same instrument and, when we perform together, we achieve an almost perfect fusion of sound. There aren’t many groups of twins who play exactly the same instrument with the same intensity and musical language. This makes us unique, and we feel it every time we step on stage.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If we were to bring a friend to Italy, we would definitely take them to visit some of our wonderful museums, because art is everywhere here and tells our story in a unique way. And then, being musicians, we couldn’t not go to the theater: Italy has some of the most beautiful and historic theaters in the world, places where music comes to life in a special way. It would be an opportunity to fully experience the magic of our culture, including art, beauty, and great emotions.
