Hi Ian, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind my success and the success of my brand is behind a shadow of a doubt client appreciation. I look out for my clients on everything aspect i can think of and treat them with the upmost respect and that is why i have great client reviews and clients always refer business to me.

I put the clients wants and needs above all else and make sure they are more than happy while working with me and achieving the results they want and more.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My name is Ian Michael and i am a real estate business owner. My company is called Ian Michael Luxury Estates where we take pride on educating and directing our clients to make the best real estate moves possible.

It wasnt always daisys and roses. We have ha some hard times. We have to overcome challenges of being young in the business, being in a highly saturated line of work, and also the coronavirus! But what has helped us stay afloat and thrive is our love for our clients and ability to work hard no matter what obstacles are thrown our way. We are less about excused and more about results.

The biggest lesson we learn is to put our clients wants and needs first and we realize when we do that everything always works itself out.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If i had a friend that was in town they would have fun. First i would take them to the santa monia pier to take a stroll and entertain themselevs with all the theatrics that takes place. The we will go on a hike to the hollywood sign so they can take a touristy picture. after that one of my favorite spots in the inglewood area “Simply Wholeome” for some great food. then for the night time we will head to culver city for a drink and maybe a boogie or two at rush street.

Then Sunday hopefully we can go to the brunch day party “Brunch2bomb” presened by We2Bomb.
