Hi Irina, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The key to my success lies in my deep awareness and understanding of my global mission. This sense of purpose fuels my passion to constantly innovate, learn, and push boundaries in the beauty industry. I’m committed to celebrating beauty in all its diverse forms and creating products and looks that resonate with people from various backgrounds and cultures. I firmly believe in the transformative power of beauty and its ability to make the world a better place. This conviction drives everything I do.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My art truly began to flourish when my makeup work was showcased in over 55 countries. Collaborating with global brands like Porsche, Cartier, Mercedes-Benz, and many more, and earning awards along the way marked significant milestones. But what really affirmed my path was witnessing the transformative impact on my clients’ lives when they genuinely loved their reflection.

I realized that beauty has the power to transform and convey a powerful message. This led me to develop a system that directly impacts well-being. As I always say, ‘The better you feel, the better you perform in all aspects of life.’

My biggest challenge was breaking into the global market from a small town in the heart of Russia, without wealthy parents or connections. I had to become a top professional in my country, gain international recognition, and earn a green card based on my talent and achievements in beauty. This opened up new opportunities.

The key lesson I’ve learned is that beauty is a delicate psychological art. By aligning our inner and outer selves, we can unlock our full potential and become the best version of ourselves.

The most important thing I want the world to know is this: never lose faith in yourself. With perseverance and passion, you can overcome any obstacle and make your mark on the world.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’d craft an itinerary that spans the past, present, and future for my friend. We’d start by exploring their roots, perhaps journeying to Africa to immerse deeply in the culture and traditions of their ancestors. I think, It’s so important to learn our history and to honour the people we come from.
Next, we would embrace the present by visiting some of the most beautiful and delicious places on the planet and creating memories that we can laugh about in our golden years.
Finally, we’d travel to Dubai to witness cutting-edge technology. We’d explore tech exhibitions, getting a glimpse of what the future might hold.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’d like to dedicate my shoutout to my parents, whose unwavering support and belief in me have been the foundation of my journey. I’m also inspired by individuals who have achieved outstanding accomplishments in their fields while driving positive change across industries. One such person is Lewis Hamilton, one of the most successful Formula One drivers in history. From his incredible achievements on the track to initiatives like Mission 44 and his non-alcoholic spirit Almave, Lewis exemplifies how success can be leveraged for positive change.
