We had the good fortune of connecting with Irma Sirvinskaite and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Irma, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
Our dance studio provides a safe space for dance teachers to share their talent!

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Los Angeles is a great city. It has so much to offer to people. Me being from Toronto Canada, there is still so much to learn about the city. But it has been a great journey. People are kind and loving. It’s a great city to run the dance studio.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend was visiting we would definitely go to as many beaches as we can. Laguna Beach would be definitely one of them! Also we would go to Hollywood canyon. The best place to eat would be at Malibu Seafood restaurant.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I am very grateful for all the dance teachers that worked and are working at the dance studio. They have really poured their hearts into the dance studio.
