We had the good fortune of connecting with Isaiah Harmison and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Isaiah, how do you think about risk?
One of the number one rules I live my life by is; never regret something you didn’t do. The fear of getting to the end of my life regretting the things that I didn’t do or or the dreams I didn’t pursue drives me to take risks. I also believe anything great that was accomplished or created involved an immense amount of risk, courage, and resiliency. I have the desire to become great and do great things, so I’ve adopted risk as a large part of my life.

Mostly every risk I have taken in my life has lead to something great or a new amazing experience. The amazing people I have met and the amount of experiences I’ve had would have not been possible without having the risk to move and pursue my dreams.

The many risks I’ve taken has put me in a position to do what I love everyday. To help people reach their fitness / health goals and become the best versions of themselves.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My personal 1 on 1 online coaching and in personal personal training has taken off in the last 2 years. It didn’t happen overnight, but I continued to give my all to any client I have had and that eventually caught on to other people. That eventually lead to me quickly building my personal business in the last few years. I really pride myself on not only giving my clients great workouts and giving them amazing results, but all being able to connect with each person I work with on a personal level. Health and wellness isn’t all about fitness and nutrition, but it is also about our mental health as well. It is always my goal to be one of the best parts of all my clients days.

Recently I got a message from a client saying, “Thank you for helping make me more me… and brining your flare to my life.”

It’s these type of impacts that keep me driving and truly make my job the best job in the world!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would bring my best friend to my favorite restaurant Elephante for dinner. I would show him all the outdoor activities LA has to offer. We would hit up the beaches and many hikes. I would also show him Malibu! We both like to go out, so I would take him to some bars and clubs in Venice, Santa Monica, and WeHo. Specifically the Victorian and Buffalo Club on the west side. I have only been in LA myself for 6 months so many of the activities we would do would be new for both of us.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
