Hi Jackson, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
My business parter and I wanted to being high-quality espresso and coffee drinks to the east side of Los Angeles which had largely been overlooked by the foodie food-movement. It only made sense to us to open our specialty coffee shop in a neighborhood with a rich culture but one without much (if any) competition.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Nothing in business is easy. But the spirit of competition spurns innovation in the hungry. It’s overcoming challenges that brings out the best in me therefore i welcome a challenge as its an opportunity to grow!
