We had the good fortune of connecting with Jaclyn Francis and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jaclyn, we’d love for you to start things off by telling us something about your industry that we and others not in the industry might be unaware of?
The awareness about our personal energy – how it works, what it does, and why we should be taking care of it the same way we do our physical and mental.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Everything is energy, but for some reason we don’t care for our personal energy the way we should. Sesh is here to change that by adding personal energy into the spectrum of mind, body, and spirit.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Beach activities: Beach Sound Baths and Meditation
Beach Day by Pacific Palisades

Restaurants:
Elephante for Brunch
Nobu Malibu for drinks and apps during sunset
Wally’s for dinner and drinks
The Rooftop by JG for food and drinks

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I have to give this shoutout to my boyfriend, Shyan Ardalan. He was the one who inspired and encouraged me to sit down and do the work to start my business when it was just an idea. He provides both tough love and unconditional love when it’s needed and never doubts me even when I doubt myself. As strong minded females we need men who not only want us to rise to the top, but want to stand by our sides while doing so. I truly don’t think I would have taken this massive leap without his support. So, thank you for all you’ve done and continue to do.
