We had the good fortune of connecting with Jasmin Soto and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jasmin, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I wanted to help more Latinas and WOC feel represented. I wanted to see more brown women become and be successful outside of the normal traditional college route. As a college Graduate and first generation Mexican American I am very thankful I was able to experience college but I found my skills served in greater ways I was never pushed in. I wanted to build a profitable online business that could help businesses scale, families move across the country, generations be remembered through legacies to come. I wanted to be the leader I never saw growing up to connect & empower creatives across the world. I wanted to change the world with social media and a screen.

What should our readers know about your business?
Our business has a focus on digital marketing through spicy strategies and operations. What sets us apart is that we are transparent, authentic and bilingual. We are the #1 growing coaching business in social media tactics and social media marketing strategies. We have always been set on creating real connections through authenticity. Representation is important to us as younger generations need great leaders now more than ever. Technology is only growing and we want to impact 1 million brands and creators across the globe to grow a scalable business. It has never been easy but through our mistakes we keep growing as a 5-figure business reaching 6-figures this year. We overcame the challenges simply by trial and error. We want the world to know that no matter what age or what you have been through it is never too late to create an impact in the world and in your life. We want to push individuals in using their magic to create something beautiful in the world while changing the legacy of their bloodline.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would take them on a hike In Arizona. Arizona is a beautiful place. I would first hike with them. We would go eat breakfast at protein house or somewhere healthy. We would drink lots of water. Visit lots of parks, new activities such as bowling, golfing, doing new things. We would make time to workout, do yoga, meditate and just be present. We would go to a Basketball game and enjoy the beautiful city with a walk around the city.
