We had the good fortune of connecting with Jessica Wiler and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jessica, alright, let’s jump in with a deep one – what’s you’re definition for success?
Success, in my view, is measured by the profound transformations my clients experience through self-discovery and finding their true purpose. Using hypnotherapy and other modalities, I guide individuals on a journey within themselves, helping them uncover hidden truths and insights. It’s incredibly rewarding to witness the moments when my clients have revelations, seeing their lives from a more profound perspective. These breakthroughs often lead to a significant reduction in fears and a newfound appreciation for their existence.

One of the most fulfilling aspects of my work is seeing how these inner discoveries translate into tangible changes in my clients’ lives. Many report feeling lighter, more at peace, and empowered after our sessions. Hypnotherapy, in particular, has a unique ability to tap into the subconscious mind, allowing for deep healing and clarity. When clients engage in past life regressions, they often confront and release long-held fears, gaining a sense of continuity and understanding about their soul’s journey. This process not only can alleviate the fear of death but also reinforces the idea that the soul is eternal, offering a profound sense of comfort and peace.

The joy and satisfaction I derive from helping others through these transformative experiences are immense. Each session is a testament to the resilience and potential for growth within each individual. By facilitating this journey of self-discovery, I contribute to my clients’ ability to live more fulfilling, fearless lives. The gratitude and renewed sense of purpose they express affirm that success, for me, is all about guiding others to their own enlightenment and inner peace.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My business, Spirit Explorations, is all about guiding people on their journey to self-discovery and spiritual awakening. What sets me apart from other hypnotherapists is my unique blend of skills. I combine intuitive wisdom from my channeling abilities with hypnotherapy and Reiki to work with energy, bringing more balance to individuals. This holistic approach helps my clients uncover hidden truths, release fears, and develop a deeper appreciation for their lives.

Starting and building Spirit Explorations hasn’t been easy. Beyond my core practice, I’ve had to learn a lot about marketing, finance, and all the other responsibilities of running a business. While I enjoy picking up these new skills and putting them into practice, it can be a lot of work and take a lot of energy. I can’t say I’ve overcome all the challenges, but I see myself improving and sometimes, progress itself is a success. It’s been a demanding journey, but each step forward, no matter how small, shows growth and resilience.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is the importance of networking. It’s essential to get out from behind the computer screen and connect with people face-to-face. Building genuine relationships and allowing others to feel my energy and understand the intentions behind Spirit Explorations has been crucial.

I want the world to know that exploring yourself through hypnotherapy or other spiritual modalities can be life-changing. Many people look for escapism through external distractions, but true transformation comes from within. At Spirit Explorations, I encourage you to embark on this inner journey and discover the profound revelations that await you from within,

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
When friends visit, one of my favorite things to do as a tour guide is taking them on a fun bike ride along the LA coastline. We start in Santa Monica, riding along the Marvin Braude Bike Trail with the ocean breeze and amazing views. After our ride, we might head up to Malibu to relax on the beaches or go for a hike in the beautiful hills. Then, we’d wander around the Venice canals, exploring the cool houses and peaceful waterways. To cap off the day, we’d grab a drink at the Penthouse in Santa Monica and enjoy the incredible view as the sun sets over the ocean. For dinner, we’d head to La Puglia for some delicious Italian food, and if we’re up for it, we could end the night at one of the comedy clubs in West Hollywood for some laughs.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
As a past life regressionist, I have to give a huge shoutout to Dr. Michael Newton and Dr. Brian Weiss. Their books, “Journey of Souls” and “Many Lives, Many Masters,” were truly transformational for me. Dr. Weiss’s groundbreaking work opened my eyes to the therapeutic potential of past life regression, while Dr. Newton’s detailed case studies deepened my understanding of the soul’s journey and the profound insights that can be gained from exploring our past lives. Their pioneering research and compelling stories have been a constant source of inspiration and guidance in my practice, helping me to better assist my clients on their own journeys of self-discovery and healing.
