Meet Josslyn Banh | Actress, Singer, Entrepreneur, & Golfer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Josslyn Banh and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Josslyn, what role has risk played in your life or career?
I believe that if your wondering if you should take the risk, take it. This risk could change your whole life in a good or bad way. If it affects you in a negative way it’s fine, just keep going and never give up. If you don’t take risk how would you ever grow and develop? We all start from somewhere and work hard to get to the top. Like me, I had to take many risks to get to where I am today.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I am very happy where I am now, I know I can work harder and expand my horizons. My best works would be participating in multiple TV shows and pilots. It was not easy to get to where I am now, I worked hard with my mentor and never gave up even when it was hard. I learned to never bring my value down. I went to some events that weren’t the best for my career, and my mentor helped me learn that. I want everyone to know that whatever you fear, you should break that barrier. If you have stage fright (which I did) put yourself on camera more, and get over that fear. I believe that if I can do it, everyone else can do it too. All you have to be is hard working and willing to put in the effort.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend was visiting the area, I would take her to my favorite boba shop called R&B Tea. I would also take her to any fairs that would be open, for example, OC Japan Fair, the Night Market, etc. If the fair isn’t open then I would take her to my favorite mall. I enjoy all the simple things in life. No matter the place I’ll be happy as long as we’re together!
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Lots of people have helped me to get to where I am today. I would like to thank my parents for supporting me during this adventure. I would also like to thank my mentor Victor Migalchan, he has help me learn my value, support me, and is the reason why I am where I am. I would also like to thank all of the crew of Movieverse Entertainment for being there for me and always looking out for me.
