We had the good fortune of connecting with Julian Arroyuelo and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Julian, what is the most important factor behind your success?
I think that the most important thing that made me succeed, in the big and small achievements that I have had and have in my life, is without a doubt discipline.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
enjoy it a lot! It was difficult! Bodybuilding taught me many things and I think that applies to everything in life and once again, I’m talking about routine. If you have a goal it will be a long and hard road, but reaching your goal is about making what you don’t like, like it, there is no such thing as a day of rest. There is no such thing as I already said enough of myself. is never enough

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would definitely take him to the gym and it would be the worst moment of his life haha, I joked, man. I sincerely believe that I enjoy and enjoy my life so much that wherever I take it would be pleasant for him.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I think my family and very few friends.
