We had the good fortune of connecting with Junior Tobias and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Junior, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind my current success is work ethic and relationships. Having a strong work ethic and making sure I’m always keeping up with my work in a timely manner has helped me maintain my relationships with clients and collagenous. They know they can trust me to always deliver quality work in a timely manner. I have a motto of ‘Under Promise and Over Deliver’. I also maintain great relationships with people but am positive and proactive in everything I do. Whatever the job is I love making it fun for everyone!

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
My work is dynamic and bright, I love showing people how I personally see the world. I love showing off people’s personalities through my camera, whether it is photos or videos. I started with a photography class my freshman year of high school and by my senior year, I shot my first wedding. And I have been doing it full time ever since, I am fully self-taught. I learned everything through Youtube. I am a possible solver so any problem I had I looked it up and learned from it. I learned to always be curious and find a solution to every problem. I learned to talk to people and not to be afraid of building relationships. I want people to know that they can always come to me and I will be there to help them!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Some of the best food in Bakersfield is teppanyaki from Kan Pai and getting ice cream from Creamistry!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would love to shout out to my Mom, Dad, and Sister for being very supportive of everything I do! I Would love to shout out to Jennifer and Wyatt Pishinsky for starting off this hobby with me and growing together!
